former North Florida drug kingpin, and Lake City
Mayor Stephen Witt, Mr. Dyal’s former bankruptcy

finally, a pass on the alleged unfair
treatment of some women directors.

Tuesday evening in City Hall, way down on the

between headhunter Colin Baenziger and the City

embarrass itself anymore – it did.
