FORT WHITE, FL – I am sharing with you why I believe I am the right choice to be re-elected as Mayor of Fort White. I grew up in Fort White and it holds a special place in my heart.
Fort White is full of history and wonderful hard-working citizens who care deeply about its future.
My vision as Mayor is clear.
Infrastructure: I want our roads and utilities to be maintained and improved. I will continue to work hard to secure funding for infrastructure projects. We have already secured $1million dollars for our water facility and over $10 million dollars for our first and second phase sewer plant.
Community Safety and Well-Being: Ensuring the safety of our residents is my top priority. I will work closely with law enforcement and local agencies to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all.
Preserving Our Environment/Growth. I want to continue to protect our small town feel with controlled growth. We need small grocery stores and family-owned restaurants and businesses. We do not need big chains that do not care about our small community or large real-estate investors trying to cut corners and build subdivisions that do not follow our land development codes that are in place to protect our citizens.
Transparency and Accountability: As Mayor, I will keep an open line of communication and ensure that every decision made is based on how it will affect our citizens. More than asking for your vote, I am asking for the opportunity to work together, to build a brighter future for Fort White.
In the last 6 years, we’ve achieved great things in our town.
I look forward to the continued opportunity to serve and to make Fort White an even better place to live, work, and raise a family.
