The area in red goes all around the building. This is the area that is watered.
This photo was taken during construction of the parking lot. It is not clear if this area is irrigated. Outline and green added by the Observer.
This photo shows the grass in place. Mr. Berry did not make it clear how much of the grass area around the parking lot is watered. The area across the street from the parking lot shows the width of the grass in front of the Hosp Auth Hdq.
