9-12 Project to host County Commission candidates

The North Central Florida 9-12 Project invites you to join them at 7:00 p.m. on July 8, 2010 to hear and ask questions of local and state candidates.  Columbia County Commission candidates Toby Witt, Mark Kazmierski and Stew Lilker are scheduled to attend. Also on the 9-12 docket are Alex Snitker, Libertarian Candidate for the U.S. Senate and Steve Nelson, candidate for Columbia County School Board.

Each candidate will be given a chance to speak and then the floor will open for a question and answer session.

One of the 9-12 Project's goals is to allow you to evaluate as many candidates as possible in order to make an informed vote.

The 9-12 Project meets at the Taylor Building at 128 SW Birley Road, close to the corner of U.S. 90 in Lake City. Turn south on Birley from U.S. 90 approximately 3 miles west of I-75.  It is a large gray building with a Century 21 sign in front.

The 9-12 Project invites you, your family and friends to attend this meeting and to bring your questions for the candidates.

For more information, call John at 386-935-1705, or Sharon at 386-935-0821, or visit the North Central Florida 9-12 Project website.

The North Central Florida 9-12 Project explains itself this way:  "The North Central Florida 9-12 Project is a group of citizens who are concerned about where our nation is heading.  We are a grassroots, nonpartisan group opposed to wasteful deficit spending and infringement of our rights."
