Missing Lake City vehicle found in pond

On March 13, 2006, Mr. Francis Lester Watson age 72 was reported missing from his Lake City, Florida residence. There had been no leads since Mr. Watson's disappearance.

His 1993 Turquoise colored Saturn was also listed as missing.

On November 23, 2010 the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office recovered the car in a pond next to Mandarin High School.

Inside the car they have located human remains.

The Lake City Police Department has confirmed it is the same car reported missing.

At this time the remains have not been identified.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is conducting their own investigation into the evidence they have obtained at the scene.
